WALLER – Pagewood has purchased 63 acres along US 290 with plans for a distribution center.
The 500,840-sf facility will include 3,000 sf of office space, 36-ft clear heights, and outside parking for 218 cars and 130 trailers.
Site work starts next week.
Transwestern represented the seller. Dosch Marshall Real Estate represented Pagewood.
Powers Brown designed the distribution center. E.E. Reed Construction is the general contractor.
Prosperity Bank is providing construction financing.
