This phase includes 45,000 sf of retail space, 37,000 sf of offices, 6,000 sf of drive-thru restaurant space, and a 10,000-sf day care center. Completion is slated for spring 2023. Phase two, which begins in September, includes 60,000 sf for restaurants, retail, and offices. Zoning also allows for a hotel.
