NEW BRAUNFELS – MNO Partners has purchased land at 2445 E. Common St. for a 227-unit multifamily community.
The complex will include two- and three-story buildings with townhouse-style units. Rent will average around $1,700 per month.
Amenities will include a two-story fitness center, swimming pool, co-working lounge, fire pits, dining areas, and dog park.
Franklin Construction Ltd. breaks ground on the property in June. Completion is slated for spring 2024.
