HOUSTON – Randall Davis Co. will break ground this fall on a luxury high-rise called London House.
The property will be at 2323 San Felipe St. Condominiums will range from 2,725 to 4,257 sf.
The 19 standard residences will start at $1.5 million, and the four penthouses will start at $3.8 million.
Around 20 percent of units have been presold.
Construction will take 18 months.
