AUSTIN – MOHR Capital has purchased the DoubleTree by Hilton at 6505 N. I-35.
Mohr will invest over $11 million in renovations to the ballroom, elevators, guest rooms, and common spaces.
HEI Hotels and Resorts will manage the hotel.
Hodges Ward Elliott represented the seller.
