Floor plans include one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 788 to 3,235 sf.
Amenities include a rooftop terrace with a lounge and bar, pool, fitness center, and media lounge.
Rent for a one-bedroom unit starts at $2,250 per month.
The developer was a partnership between Greystar and J.P. Morgan Global Alternatives.
