HOUSTON – Cohen Asset Management has acquired a 534,134-sf distribution facility at 505 Aldine Bender Rd.
Property features include LED lighting, 180-ft truck courts, 242 car parking spaces, 306 trailer parking spaces, an ESFR fire system, and a clear height of 36 ft.
FedEx has leased the entire distribution center through 2028. It plans to invest an additional $20 million in the facility.
The property was marketed by JLL.
