WOODWAY – SHOP Cos. has negotiated the sale of Crossroads West Shopping Center, a 36,864-sf retail center at the intersection of Hewitt and Woodway Drives.
Tenants include Shipley’s Donuts, 9-Round Waco, and Wells Fargo.
The property was 97 percent leased at the time of sale.
