SOUTHLAKE – 2GR Equity and Shop Development have partnered to purchase and revamp the 132,000-sf Southlake Marketplace shopping center at the corner of Davis and Southlake Boulevards.
The 1990s-era center is 92 percent leased with Hobby Lobby and Urban Air as anchor tenants.
Two additional sites on Southlake Blvd. will have restaurants.
Work starts this summer and will take two years.
