HOUSTON – Avera Cos. has broken ground on the fourth building within its Century Plaza Distribution Center.
The 120,022-sf industrial project will be on 8.2 acres.
Features include an ESFR sprinkler system, 195-ft truck court depths, and 32-ft clear heights.
CBRE will lease the building. Completion is set for second quarter 2023.
