EL PASO – Olsen Capital Investments has purchased a 129-unit apartment complex at 525 and 670 N. Carolina Dr. for $7.3 million.
Built in 1982, Hacienda Heights has two-bedroom units averaging 600 sf.
The new owner will renovate the property and increase rent.
Marcus and Millichap brokered the transaction.
