HUTCHINS – Charger Logistics is building a 132,000-sf logistics center on Wintergreen Rd. near I-45.
Plans include a two-story office on the north side as well as a dry and cold storage warehouse with an attached truck maintenance shop.
Construction starts in summer 2022.
