AUSTIN – Rockfarmer Properties has purchased The Sofia, a 210-unit apartment complex at 2201 Willow Creek Dr.
Constructed from 1973 to 1983, The Sofia has one- and two-bedroom apartments averaging 723 sf.
Amenities include a pool, outdoor grilling area, business center, fitness center, basketball court, and dog park.
The seller was a partnership between Lion Real Estate group and Marble Partners LLC, represented by Newmark.
Rockfarmer will rebrand the property and upgrade interior units.
