FORT WORTH – Miramar Capital has purchased a more than one million-sf building in the Alliance Center North business park on N. Beach St. near I-35W.
Built in 2014, the warehouse is used as a regional shipping hub for LG Electronics.
Mesa West Capital provided a $74.5 million acquisition loan.
