​​​​​HOUSTON – Tampa-based American Landmark has acquired H6, a 293-unit apartment community in the Energy Corridor. 

​Built in 2016, the property has one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 475 to 1,444 sf. Amenities inclu​de a pool, fitness center, game room, business center, and Zen garden. 

The buyer has rebranded the property as​ Neo at Ten.
