SCHERTZ – Atlanta-based Core5 Industrial Partners has acquired 164 acres for the development of a 1.8 million-sf industrial project.
Phase I, which will include two buildings totaling nearly one million sf, breaks ground later this year.
NAI Partners represented Core5 Industrial in the land acquisition and will handle leasing.
Endura Advisory Group represented the seller, an entity doing business as Boeck Farm Co. Ltd.
