The property will have one- to three-bedroom units.
Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, and clubhouse with a lounge.
Project partners include Cadence McShane Construction Company, Humphrey & Partners Architects, Brue Baukol Capital Partners, and First Horizon Bank.
