627K-sf office tower underway in Uptown Dallas
DALLAS – Granite Properties will break ground this June on the 23Springs office tower.
The 26-story tower will replace three small office buildings at the corner of Cedar Springs Rd. and Maple Ave.
It will have an indoor lounge with a golf simulator, conference center and boardroom, outdoor lounge, half-acre park, six stories of underground parking, and two separate retail buildings with 16,000 sf of space.
Bank OZK signed a 110,000-sf lease in the project and will provide construction financing.
Designed by GFF, the 626,215-sf building will open in March 2025.
JLL brokered the office lease and construction loan. DPR Construction will be the general contractor.
