SAN MARCOS – A joint venture between Thompson Realty Capital LLC and Trez Capital is developing the 304-unit La Cima Apartments.
The $50 million community will have two- and three-story buildings. It will also include an amenity center and pool.
Construction will be complete in December 2023.
