Last 600 homesites readying in Cross Creek Ranch

​​FULSHEAR – Johnson Development is releasing the first homesites in the final 300 acres of Cross Creek Ranch. 

Creek Rush at Cross Cree​k Ranch will have more than 600 homes west of the Texas Heritage Pkwy. Floor plans will range from townhomes to single-family homes on 80-ft homesites.

Amenities will include a 4.1-acre recreation comp​lex, poo​l, open space, and playground.

Nearly 15 acres have been sold to Lamar Consolidated Independent School District for an elementary school. An additional 27 acres are set aside for commercial use. 

Since 2008, more than 4,800 new homes have been sold in the 3,200-acre community. Eight homebuilders offer homes with prices ranging from $280,000 to over $1 million. ​
