​​​​​​​HOUSTON – Scarlet a​nd Urban Meridian Group have broken ground on a six-story multifamily project in the City Park neighborhood.

Called Frame Almeda Genoe, the 216-unit property will have one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 570 to 1,007 sf.

The $32 million project will deliver within the next year.
