IRVING – Toll Brothers is building a $78 million apartment complex at 6000 and 6300 Love Dr.
The 364-unit, five-story project will have two courtyards and 12,000 sf of amenity space, including a pool, outdoor area, clubhouse, fitness center, and pet spa.
The project site is next to the soon-to-be vacant Exxon Mobil headquarters.
GFF is designing the complex. Construction starts in May and will take two years.
