SAN ANTONIO – Pico Union Housing Corp. is renovating its five-property portfolio from Terravista Partners.
The 777-unit multifamily portfolio has one- to three-bedroom units.
Half of the units will be reserved for residents earning at or below 80 percent of the area median income.
Construction begins in fall 2023.
