​​​​​​​228-unit Summit at Rivery Park apartment community GEORGETOWN – Old Three Hundred Capital has acquired Summit at Rivery Park, a 228-unit apartment community at 1400 Rivery Blvd.

Built on 32 acres in 2015, the prope​rty has one- to three-bedroom units.

Amenities include a pool, fitness center, party room, clubhouse, coffee and tea bar, and outdoor social lounge.

JLL arranged financing through QuadReal Finance Inc. on behalf of the borrower.
