Built on 32 acres in 2015, the property has one- to three-bedroom units.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, party room, clubhouse, coffee and tea bar, and outdoor social lounge.
JLL arranged financing through QuadReal Finance Inc. on behalf of the borrower.
