COLLEGE STATION – A joint venture between TEXLA Housing Partners and Crow Holdings Capital has acquired Holleman Crossing, a 792-bed student housing community at 2200 Cottage Ln.
Built in 2016, the property has one-, two-, and four-bedroom units.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, dog park, and study rooms.
Stafford Barrett represented the seller and procured the buyer.
The joint venture will implement a capital improvement program.
