ALLEN – Tradition Senior Living LP has acquired KONE Industrial Facility, a 144,128-sf industrial and research project.
Built on 6.2 acres in 2016, the two-building facility is at 460 and 500 Century Pkwy.
One building has 121,852 sf with a 28-ft clear height, four dock-high doors, one drive-in door, and a low office finish. The other is a 22,276-sf, seven-story elevator test tower with 27 percent office finish.
JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Sentinel Capital.
