​​​​HOUSTON – CoHousing Houston has started construction on a 33-unit shared residential community in the East End.

The 1.5-acre propert​y at 114 Delmar St. will have one- to four-bedroom condominiums ranging from 900 to 1,100 sf. 

Units will have shared walls with the intention of fostering community. Prices will range between $300,000 and $800,000. 

Amenities will include communal kitchens, gardens, and a 4,200-sf gathering place called the Common House. 

Residents will begin moving in by 2023. All but eight units have been sold.
