121K-sf office building underway in Dallas’ Design District

​​DALLAS – Quadrant Investment Properties and Federal Capital Partners are building Thirteen Thirty Three, a 120,286-sf office project at 1333 Oak Lawn Ave.

Designed by​ Merriman Anderson Architects, the ten-story tower will have offices on the sixth through tenth floors on top of a parking garage.

Amenities include a ninth-floor community lounge and fitness center, two terraces, and space for a full-service restaurant on the ground floor.

Construction begins in summer 2022 and will wrap in third quarter 2023. Transwestern is handling leasing.​
