AUSTIN – Stratus Properties Inc. is developing Saint George, a 317-unit apartment community at 7113 Burnet Rd.
The 270,000-sf complex will reserve 10 percent of units for households earning 60 percent of the median family income.
Amenities will include rooftop deck, fitness center, pool, and community workspaces.
Construction begins in May and will be complete in March 2024.
