SAN ANTONIO – Rosewood Property Co. has broken ground on the second phase of The Tobin Estate Apartments at 3310 Oakwell Court.
This phase will include 311 residences across two four-story buildings. Phase one had 286 units.
Amenities will include a 4,500-sf fitness center and 9,000-sf leasing office and maintenance headquarters.
Rosewood is planning a 355-unit building for the third phase.
Construction will be complete in fall 2023.
