CYPRESS – D’Agostino Cos. has broken ground on The Reserve at Cypress, a 300-unit apartment community at 20130 Schiel Rd.
The project will consist of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units averaging 964 sf.
Amenities will include a pool, outdoor dining and entertainment areas, and fitness center.
Completion is slated for early 2023.
