AUSTIN – Regent Properties has acquired 816 Congress, a 435,000-sf office building in downtown.
The 20-story building has a fitness center, sky lounge with terrace, and conference facilities.
Regent will implement a capital improvement program and activate 12,000 sf of retail space.
