AUSTIN – Pearlstone Partners LLC is developing two residential projects across the metro.
The first is a 170-unit condo community at 2323 S. Lamar Blvd. The property will include ground-floor retail and creative office space.
Construction begins in mid-2022 and will be complete by mid-2024.
Pearlstone is also transforming a gas station at 14th and Lavaca Streets into a residential tower.
Construction begins in early 2023 and will be complete in 2025.
