HOUSTON – The Avera Companies has acquired 68 acres at the northeast corner of US 290 and Kermier Rd. to build a 1.3 million-sf industrial project.
Called 290 Grand Logistics, the project will include car and trailer storage, a build-to-suit office space, and a 40-ft clear height.
Completion is set for first quarter 2023.
