AUSTIN – Prism Multifamily Group has purchased Citizen House Decker, a 324-unit apartment community at 5301 Decker Ln., from Endeavor Real Estate Group.
Built in 2021, the property has one- and two-bedroom units.
Amenities include a pool, clubhouse, business center, fitness center, arcade, coworking spaces, and outdoor grilling areas.
Newmark brokered the transaction.
The new ownership will rebrand the community as Spectra Parks.
