WILMER – TRG is developing a 1.6 million-sf, two-building business park at 1690 E. Pleasant Run Rd. near I-45.
Stream Realty Partners and Threecore are building the project, called Core45.
Grandview Partners is funding the project. Stream is handling leasing.
The first buildings will deliver in first quarter 2023.
