Houston energy supplier secures new office building
Delivered in 1981, the ten-story midrise building is on nearly four acres at 1500 Citywest Blvd. It includes a 641-space parking garage with covered walkways and an on-site deli.
Since 2015, the property has undergone several rounds of renovations, which will be continued by the new owner.
BioUrja will occupy 10,000 sf in the building.
JLL Capital Markets represented the seller. Avison Young represented BioUrja.
