PROSPER – Younger Partners Investments acquired The Shops at Prosper Trail, a 96,948-sf retail center at the northeast corner of Preston Rd. and Prosper Trail.
The center is shadow-anchored by a Kroger Marketplace and part of a 221,083-sf retail property that includes an adjacent Fuel Center.
The property is 98 percent occupied.
JLL represented the seller, MQ Development Company.
Financing was arranged by Hamilton Realty Finance.
Younger Partners will handle property management and leasing.
