JV secures hefty Houston property portfolio

​​​HOUSTON – Stonewall Associates and Nord group have acquired a four-property, 1,556-apartment portfolio across the metro.​

Three of the properties are within Houston proper. They are the:

• ​364-unit Huntington Glen at 12023 Bissonnet St.,

• 438-unit The Onyx at 10300 S. Wilcrest Dr., and 

• 250-unit The Avenue at 5050 Yale St. 

The fourth asset is the 504-unit Mosaic at 4025 Burke Rd. in Pasadena.
