$9M Dominion Motor Club Garages to park in Northside SA
SAN ANTONIO – Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty is developing Dominion Motor Club Garages, a 66,928-unit garage condo complex at Stonewall Bend at I-10 access.
The property will allow owners to store cars, boats, RVs, motorcycles, and more within customizable units.
Units will range from 1,031 to 1,700 sf. Prices will range from $238,161 to $392,700.
Each garage will include interior fire protection and sprinklers, mezzanines, and automatic doors. The project will also have a clubhouse and lounge with a bar.
Construction begins in April and will be complete in January 2023.
