AMARILLO – Commonwealth Construction Corp. is transforming the historic St. Anthony’s Hospital building at Amarillo Boulevard and Polk Street into North Heights Senior Living Complex.
The senior living community will be developed from tax credits from the Department of Housing and Community Affairs.
Construction begins this year and will be complete by 2023.
