FORT WORTH – Madera Residential has sold Meadow Ridge, a 40-building, 484-unit apartment property at 3101 W. Normandale St.
Built on 24 acres in 1981, the asset has seven floor plans ranging from one to three bedrooms.
Amenities include two swimming pools, a tennis court, and courtyards.
The new owner, a Dallas investment company, will make significant improvements to unit interior finishes.
Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and procured the buyer.
