EL PASO – A two-property, 393-unit apartment portfolio has been sold.
The assets are the 243-unit Villa Sierra at 2435 McKinley Ave. and 150-unit Wyndchase Apartments at 1601 McRae Blvd.
Both properties have one- to three-bedroom units.
Amenities include pools, fitness centers, and clubhouses.
The Multifamily Group brokered the transaction.
