DALLAS – A partnership represented by Washington-based Weidner Apartment Homes has bought the West Village rental property.
Built in 2005, the two-building, 175-unit community along Blackburn St. and McKinney Ave. is above retail space.
The seller was a Georgia firm that owned the property since 2017.
The purchase was financed with a $25 million loan from Thrivent Financial.
