WILMER – Rosewood Property Co. is investing in a 610,000-sf industrial building at 601 Distribution Dr.
Champion Partners is building the project.
Pross Design Group is the architect, and The Conlan Co. will be the general contractor.
Veritex Community Bank provided construction financing.
Stream Realty Partners will lease the building, which will open in third quarter 2022.
