Hillwood sets mixed-use community into motion

​​​MANVEL – Hillwood Communities has started construction on Valencia, a master-planned community north of SH 6.

The 440-acre community will have 938 single-family lots with 28 acres reserved for commercial space and 15 acres for a new elementary school. 

​Homesites range from 40- to 70-ft lots priced from $300,000 to $600,000.

Valencia will also include several surrounding acres of trails and lakes.

The residences will be built by Perry Homes, Coventry Homes, and Pulte Homes.​
