​​​AUSTIN – RockFarmer ​Properties LLC and Wildhorn Capital LLC have acquired Enclave at Waters Edge, a 184-unit apartment complex at 12330 Metric Blvd. 

Built in 1986, the property has studio and one- and two-bedroom units. 

Amenities include a dog park, fitness center, outdoor lounge, game room, and three pools. 

RockFarmer will renovate the community. 

Newmark represented both the buyers and the seller, Evolve Communities LLC, in the transaction.
