Millar Inc. moving to Pearland
PEARLAND – Houston-based Millar Inc. is moving its headquarters to a new 56,000-sf facility in the Lower Kirby District.
The facility will be on five acres on Kirby Dr. south of Beltway 8. The site was previously part of a tract owned by the Pearland Economic Development Corp.
The research and development and warehouse project will house 120 employees.
Clay Development and Construction Inc. will design and build the headquarters. Method Architecture LLC will provide architectural and interior design services.
Groundbreaking is set for the fourth quarter.
CBRE represented Millar in its deal with the city.
