HOUSTON – Hines has broken ground on the first building in Levit Green, a 53-acre mixed-use life science district adjacent to the Texas Medical Center.
The five-story, 270,000-sf building will have a wet lab and incubator space. Completion is set for fourth quarter 2022.
Located on the former home of The Grocers Supply Co. Inc., the nine-building Levit Green project will include research facilities, office, retail, residential, and outdoor amenities.
