SAN ANTONIO – Cadence McShane Construction Co. is renovating Granada Homes Senior Living Apartments, a 249-unit senior housing community at 311 S. St. Mary’s St.
The developer will update unit amenities on the first and 15th floors as well as add leasing space, amenity space, and 16 units.
CREO Architects is the architect.
Construction will be complete in late 2022.
